150 grams 5-Grain cereal flakes (substitute muesli)
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
2 large Oranges
8 dried Figs
500 grams Natural yogurt
3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the cereal flakes until fragrant. Shower with the sugar and the cinnamon and let caramelize. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool.

2.

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, so that no pith remains on the flesh. Separate the orange segments and cut into pieces. Also, cut the figs into pieces.

3.

Combine the yogurt with the lemon juice and sugar and mix together. Divide between 4 bowls. Pour the cereal mixture and fruit on top and serve immediately.
