Muesli Slices with Dried Fruit
- 100 grams Walnut
- 50 grams Shelled peanut
- 150 grams Date (without pits)
- 75 grams raisins
- 40 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams slivered almonds
- 200 grams soft Oats
- 100 grams whole-grain Oats
- 100 grams Rice syrup
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 generous pinch salt
- 100 milliliters Soy cream
- 50 grams Coconut oil
- 200 grams Peanut butter (smooth)
Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325ºF).
Chop the walnuts roughly with the peanuts and dates and mix together with the raisins in a bowl.
Combine the flour and the almonds with the two oatmeal varieties and mix with the walnut mixture.
In a pan, slowly heat the rice syrup along with the sugar, salt, soy cream, the fat and the peanut butter. Pour over the cereal mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
Serve cut into small rectangles.
