Preparation steps

Preheat a convection oven to 100°C (approximately 215°F). Rinse the pears and thinly slice lengthwise.

Place the pear slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then drizzle with lemon juice.
3.
Dry in the preheated oven for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally. Prop the oven door open with a wooden spoon during the cook time.
