Preparation steps

Heat milk until lukewarm. Pour in 90 g (approximately 3 ounces) muesli mixture and set aside for 5 minutes. Mix flour with dry yeast in a bowl and add to sugar, butter, eggs and milk-muesli mixture. Knead everything with a hand mixer until smooth. Lightly dust with flour. Cover and let sit in a warm place about 30 minutes.

Knead dough briefly and divide into 2 portions. Roll into logs about 5 cm (approximately 2.5 inches) thick and slightly squeeze the ends. Place on a lined baking tray and top with remaining muesli. Cover and let sit about 15 minutes in a warm place. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) about 25 minutes.
