- 50 grams whole, peeled Hazelnuts
- 50 grams whole, peeled Walnut
- 50 grams whole, peeled almonds
- 50 grams Sunflower seed
- 50 grams Pumpkin seed
- 150 grams Corn flakes
- 500 grams mixed whole Oats (such as oats, barley, wheat, rye and spelt)
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 50 grams raisins
- 50 grams dried Cranberry
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the nuts with the sunflower seeds in a dry pan until fragrant. Remove from the pan, cool briefly, and coarsely chop.
2.
Mix the nuts and sunflower seeds with the flakes, flaxseeds, and dried fuit. Place the muesli into decorative jars. This can be given away as a thoughtful gift.
