Preparation steps
1.
Peel shallot and cut into rings.
2.
Cook sausages and shallot rings in oil.
3.
Rinse lettuce and radicchio and spin dry. Tear into pieces.
4.
Whisk together mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk in oil until emulsified. Toss dressing with salad.
5.
Cut sausages into slices.
6.
Serve salad with sausage slices and shallots.
