Preparation steps

1.

Cut sausages into thin slices. Arrange in a circular pattern on a large plate.

Peel onions and cut into very thin rings. Distribute onions over sausage slices. Whisk white-wine vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in oil and drizzle dressing over salad. Serve sprinkled with chives.
