- 250 grams mixed Lettuce
- 150 grams Strawberries
- For the dressing
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 tsp Raspberry vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- ½ tsp Mustard
- salt
- peppers (ground)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel oranges carefully with a sharp knife, taking care to remove all white skins, then along the walls cut out the fillets. Reserve escaped juice and squeeze the orange remains by hand.

Rinse salad greens, trim, spin dry and tear small as needed. Rinse and trim strawberries.

For the dressing combine all the ingredients and 4 tablespoons orange juice Stir, season to taste and toss with the prepared salad, orange segments and strawberries together.

Spread salad on plates and garnish with edible flowers if desired.
