- 600 mixed Fruit (such as kiwis, apple, nectarine, plum, peaches)
- 2 Limes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
- 200 grams Fruit yogurt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fruit, peel and remove the seeds if necessary. Cut the fruit into small pieces and add to a bowl. Peel a lime with a thin sharp knife, and cut the zest into fine strips.

Squeeze both of the limes, mix the juice with the honey, and mix with the fruit. Serve the salad on a platter, sprinkle with the lime zest, and garnish with the lemon balm leaves. Serve with the yogurt.
