600 mixed Fruit (such as kiwis, apple, nectarine, plum, peaches)
2 Limes
1 tablespoon Honey
Lemon balm leaf (for garnish)
200 grams Fruit yogurt

Preparation steps

Rinse the fruit, peel and remove the seeds if necessary. Cut the fruit into small pieces and add to a bowl. Peel a lime with a thin sharp knife, and cut the zest into fine strips.

Squeeze both of the limes, mix the juice with the honey, and mix with the fruit. Serve the salad on a platter, sprinkle with the lime zest, and garnish with the lemon balm leaves. Serve with the yogurt.
