½ Lollo rossa
½ Frisée
250 grams lamb's lettuce
Radish
2 Tomatoes
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt (and pepper)
1 tsp Mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse all lettuce leaves, spin dry and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces. Rinse radishes and cut into slices. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths.

2.

For the dressing, mix oil in a bowl with vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper.  and mustard stir a marinade. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately.
