Preparation steps

1.

Trim the lettuce, rinse, spin dry and rip into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the figs, trim and quarter.

For the vinaigrette: Whisk the vinegar, honey and oil together and season with salt and lemon juice.

Arrange the salad and figs on serving plates. Serve drizzled with vinaigrette.
