mixed lettuce (Arugula, radicchio, frisee, mache, etc.)

cherry Tomatoes
3 ounces
½ bunch
Chives (coarsely cut)
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons
freshly ground Pepper
½ teaspoon
1 pinch

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuces, spin dry, pick over and tear into smaller pieces as needed.

Rinse tomatoes and halve.

3.

Pick over the raspberries.

4.

Mix both vinegars with mustard, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in the oil.
