For the salad
1 head Lollo Bionda
1 bunch Watercress
1 handful baby Spinach
½ bunch Radish
1 can Tuna
For the dressing
3 Tbsps White vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp sugar
5 Tbsps olive oil
2 hard-boiled egg yolks

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad: Rinse the lettuce, trim and spin dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces, if desired. Rinse the radishes, trim and slice. 

2.

Flake the tuna in small pieces.

3.

For the dressing: Season the vinegar with salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil and then mix in the mashed egg yolks with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Arrange the lettuce on a serving plate with the radish slices and tuna. Drizzle with the dressing to serve.
