- 6 cups Golden Delicious Apple (cored and chopped)
- 6 cups Granny Smith Apple (cored and chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Pour the water in a large blender and then add the chopped apples.
2.
Blend at a low setting, increasing the speed gradually, until the mixture is pureed. Continue for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides, if necessary.
3.
Scrape the puree into a bowl lined with a double layer of cheesecloth.
4.
Bring the edges of the cheesecloth around the puree and twist well to extract as much juice as possible. Leave the mixture to strain for 10 minutes.
5.
Serve immediately or cover and chill until cold.
