- 3 sprigs Lemon balm
- lemons (juice)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 250 milliliters Apple juice (unfiltered)
- cold mineral water

Preparation steps
1.
Cut avocado cut in half, remove the pit and scoop the pulp with a spoon. Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Set aside some leaves for garnish.
2.
Puree avocado pulp, lemon juice to taste, apple juice, and lemon balm with the olive oil. Dilute with cold mineral water to taste. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon balm leaves.
