Preparation steps

1.

For the pizza dough, pour flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble yeast in some water, pour into the well, sprinkle with flour, cover and let rest about 20 minutes. Add remaining water, salt, cumin and oil and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm place about 30 minutes.

2.

For the pizzas, fry ground meat in hot oil in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

3.

Mix tomatoes with tomato paste and oregano puree. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Peel onion and cut into rings.

5.

Cut pickle slices.

6.

Knead dough again and divide into four pieces. Roll out on a floured work surface to create four small pizzas and place mini pizzas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough and distribute ground meat on top. Add ham slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for about 10 minutes. Serve garnished with onion rings and pickle slices.
