125 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

Grease ramekins with butter.

Rinse and pat dry berries. Core strawberries. Put berries in the bottoms of the ramekins.

Beat eggs with powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until frothy. Stir in milk and flour, alternating until fully incorporated. Pour batter over berries and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve warm.
