- 2 Tbsps rapeseed oil
- 4 Turkey steak (130 g each, cut into small pieces)
- 2 green peppers (diced)
- 2 cups canned Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 onions (finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- ⅔ cup lager
- 2 ½ cups ripe Tomatoes (peeled, deseeded and diced)
- 2 Tbsps tomato puree
- Tabasco sauce
- cayenne pepper
- rosemary (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the turkey. Add the vegetables, apart from the tomatoes, and fry together briefly. Pour over the beer and braise, uncovered, for around 15 minutes, adding the tomatoes after 10 minutes.

Stir in the tomato purée and season to taste with Tabasco, cayenne pepper and salt. Serve garnished with rosemary - goes particularly well with chunks of fresh baguette.
