- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 ½ Tbsps olive oil
- 400 grams white Beans
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 l Beef broth
- 1 rosemary
- freshly ground peppers
- salt
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Turkey sausages
- vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the beans overnight in water. The following day, drain the beans. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion until soft. Add the garlic and cook briefly.

Add the tomato paste, broth, beans and rosemary. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 45-60 minutes, until the beans are soft. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half and add to the stew around 10 minutes before the end of cooking time.
3.
While the stew cooks, sear the sausages in the remaining oil, cut into bite-sized pieces and add to the stew.
