Preparation steps

1.

Halve the melon and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh with a melon baller and place the melon halves aside for filling. Rinse the blueberries, remove any stems and drain.

2.

Rinse nectarines, cut into quarters and remove the pits. Cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

3.

Mix blueberries with melon balls, nectarine slices and goat cheese and spoon into the melon halves.
