200 grams mixed Lettuce (such as sorrel, watercress, Lollo bionda)
2 sprigs Lemon basil
250 grams Feta
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut melon pulp into narrow wedges. Rinse lettuce and basil, shake dry and tear into smaller pieces as needed. Cut feta into cubes. Arrange all prepared salad ingredients on plates.

2.

Whisk lemon juice with apple cider vinegar and oil, season with sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
