½ Watermelon
½ Cantaloupe
½ honeydew melon
1 Apple
1 small lemon (juice)
1 teaspoon honey

Preparation steps

1.

Cut out small melon balls with an ice cream baller.

2.

Combine lemon juice with honey, combine with melon balls. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. 

3.

Rinse apple, cut into quarters, core and cut into thin strips.

4.

Place melon balls into four glasses, top with apple slices and serve.
