- 1 Cantaloupe
- 2 red onions
- 2 scoops Mozzarella (about 125 g)
- 2 Avocados
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and halve the melon. Remove the seeds and julienne. Peel the onions and julienne. Slice the mozzarella cheese. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, remove the pulp with a spoon, and thinly slice.

Mix all of the prepared ingredients. Transfer to a small bowl, and drizzle with the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Season to taste with pepper. Serve the melon salad in bowls garnished with the cilantro.
