200 grams Cucumber
100 grams Alfalfa sprouts
For the dressing
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

For the salad, halve the avocados, remove the pits, peel, cut crosswise into slices and drizzle immediately with lemon juice.

Scoop out balls from the melon using a melon baller. Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices. Rinse the alfalfa sprouts in strainer and drain.

Mix the salad ingredients together gently.

For the dressing, combine the lemon juice with the spices and the oil and mix well. Season to taste and drizzle over the salad. Serve showered with the chopped pistachios.
