Melon and Cucumber Salad
Rinse the cucumber. Cut lengthwise into eight pieces, then dice into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Remove the fruit of the melon from the shell, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix the cucumber with the melon and divide into 4 200 ml (approximately 7 ounce) glasses.
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Top the cucumber mixture with the yogurt sauce, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
