1 day-old White roll
1 garlic clove
600 grams mixed Ground meat
1 egg
1 Tbsp medium-hot Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
breadcrumbs (if desired)
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
7 centimeters Cucumber
100 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the bread in lukewarm water.

2.

Peel the garlic, mince and add to the ground meat. Knead this with the well-squeezed bread, egg and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add extra breadcrumbs.

3.

Form the mixture into small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the meatballs until golden brown. Reduce the heat and let the meatballs cook until done.

4.

Rinse the cucumber, peel the skin if desired and slice thinly. Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry.

5.

Thread a tomato, cucumber slice and a meatball on a toothpick or wooden skewer and serve.
