- 250 grams Pork
- 250 grams Beef fillet
- 150 grams Chicken breasts (skinless)
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 red onions
- 4 Tbsps olive oil (for brushing)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp thyme

Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-size cubes. Wash the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse and cut the zucchini into 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) thick slices. Peel and cut the onion into eighths.

Thread the meat and vegetables alternately onto the skewers. Brush with oil and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Place the skewers on a hot grill and cook on each side turning occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
