- 250 grams Beef fillet
- 250 grams Pork tenderloin
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 onions
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 generous pinch allspice (ground)
- 1 generous pinch cilantro (ground)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cut the meat into bite-size cubes.
2.
Mix together oil, allspice and coriander, season with salt and pepper. Coat the meat and marinate about 15 minutes.
3.
Rinse peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, then cut into bite-size pieces.
4.
Trim, rinse and slice the zucchini.
5.
Peel the onions and cut lengthwise into slices.
6.
Alternately thread meat, peppers, onions and zucchini on skewers. Brush with remaining marinade and grill 10 - 12 minutes.
7.
Serve with tomato ketchup and a salad garnish as desired.
