- ⅜ cup olive oil
- 2 tsps rosemary (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 5 cups lamb (e. g. leg, diced)
- 4 lemons (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the oil and rosemary with some pepper and add the crushed garlic. Place the meat in the mixture and marinate for around 15 minutes.
2.
Skewer the lamb and the lemons alternately onto 8 kebab sticks. Grill for around 8 minutes turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade. Finally season with salt and serve.
