Preparation steps

1.

Soak white rolls in some lukewarm water.

2.

Sauté shallots and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil, add chopped parsley and marjoram and let cool slightly. Then add eggs, squeezed out rolls, pepper, mustard and ketchup with ground meat. Add bread crumbs until batter is moldable and not too soft. Season heavily with salt and pepper.

3.

Shape into small sausage, stick on skewers, brush with a little oil and grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.

4.

For remaining skewers, rinse, trim and slice the zucchini. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and white ribs and cut into bite size pieces. Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and peel onions and cut into wedges. Stick vegetables on skewers at will. Combine approximately 6 tablespoons oil with salt, pepper, parsley and paprika. Brush skewers with it and cook on the grill while turning for about 10 minutes. Brush chicken legs with spiced oil and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Arrange meat and vegetable skewers on plates and serve with different sauces and dips as desired.
