- 700 grams Pork butt
- 3 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 50 milliliters sunflower oil
- salt

- 2 small Zucchini
- 2 scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Cut pork into large cubes. In a small bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce with honey and oil. Add 1 pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Marinate at least 30 minutes.

Rinse and halve bell pepper. Remove seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse zucchinis, remove ends and cut into thick slices. Rinse scallions and cut into 5 cm (approximately 2-inch) long pieces.
3.
Insert meat cubes onto skewers alternating with zucchini, pepper and scallion pieces. Grill skewers slowly, turning, on a hot charcoal grill for 12-15 minutes.
