- 300 grams Pork tenderloin (cut into bite-size cubes)
- 300 grams lamb (cut from the thigh into bite-size cubes)
- 100 grams Bacon (in slices)
- 2 Bell pepper (red and green, cut into cubes of about 2 cm length)
- 1 onion (quartered and divided into individual layers)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- vegetable oil (to fry)
- 8 Wooden skewers

Preparation steps
1.
Alternately skewer meats, chopped onion and peppers.
2.
Mix pressed garlic with oil. Brush kebabs with oil mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for about 15 minutes or cook in roasting pan with a little oil.
