1 Tbsp Red Curry paste
1 chili pepper (cut into thin rings)
200 milliliters Beef broth

1 generous pinch Turmeric
1 generous pinch Cumin (ground)
2 potatoes (festkochend)
150 grams Frozen pea
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Flatbread

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the ground meat and cook, stirring until no longer pink. Add the potatoes, turmeric, curry paste and cumin and stir to combine. Add the broth and the chile, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

Add the peas, season with salt and cayenne pepper and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into bowls and serve with flatbread.
