- 800 grams cooked potatoes (waxy, preferably cooled overnight)
- 250 grams cooked Beef (boiled meat such as breast or rump)
- 2 onions
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter (for frying)
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground Caraway

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 3-4 mm thick slices (approximately 1/10 inch). If necessary, cut the fat from the meat and then cut the meat into strips. Peel and halve the onions and cut into strips.

Sauté the potatoes in a pan with some butter for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Agitate the pan as little as possible so that the slices develop a uniformed color. Add the onions and sauté for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the meat and the marjoram and cook together for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
3.
Mix in the parsley and serve seasoned with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
