- 0.7 l dry white wine
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 2 parsley
Preparation steps

Bring the wine, vinegar, and parsley to a boil in a pot. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the honey, remove from the heat, and let infuse briefly.

Pass through a fine strainer to remove the herbs. Transfer to a sterilized bottle. Add the parsley stems, and seal immediately. Store in a cool, dark place.
