250 grams Pastry flour
½ cube Yeast
½ tsp salt
125 milliliters lukewarm water
5 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt
parsley (chopped)
2 Tbsps Cheese (grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Stir yeast in water until smooth. Pour flour, salt and 3 tablespoons olive oil into a bowl. Add dissolved yeast and knead into a smooth dough. It should not stick to bowl.

Cover and let rest in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.

Place dough on a floured surface and knead again. Roll into a thick log and cut into 8 pieces. Roll each piece until thin and round, adding flour to work surface as needed.

4.

Mix chopped parsley with cheese. Press gently into dough pieces.

5.

Heat a large nonstick frying pan and cook each piece of dough on both sides with a few drops of oil until light brown. Sprinkle with sea salt and cool on a wire rack.

6.

Continue until all dough has been cooked. Serve.
