Preparation steps

Rinse and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion. Finely chop the herbs. Mix the mushrooms, garlic, onion and herbs together.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and saute the mushroom mixture. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
