- 500 grams Bocconcini
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 bunch Chervil
- 6 Dandelion flower
- Sea salt
Preparation steps
1.
Thinly slice the chives, and finely chop the chervil. Roll half of the mozzorella balls in the chives, and the over half in the chervil. Season lightly with salt, and transfer to a small bowl.
2.
Remove the flowers of the dandelion, and sprinkle over the mozzarella balls for garnish.
