Preparation steps

Rinse carrot and kohlrabi, trim, peel and cut into very small cubes. Rinse scallion, trim and cut into thin rings. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Mix dressing with the vegetables and allow to marinate for about 15 minutes. Rinse lettuce leaves and shake dry. Mix cream cheese in a bowl with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Slice rolls and top with the lettuce leaves and the cream cheese. Then distribute the marinated vegetables over the cheese, cover with the basil leaves and cover with remaining roll halves.
