Honey Marinated Pork Steaks
Rinse pork and pat dry. Cut into 8 approximately equal thin slices. Combine honey with lemon juice, oil, paprika and season with salt and pepper. Coat meat with marinade in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, for about 2 hours.
Heat up grill and grill pork steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side. Arrange on plates and garnish with parsley. Serve with grilled stuffed tomatoes and fresh green salad, if desired.
