- 1 oz green Olives (pitted)
- 2 ozs sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 small dried chili pepper
- 9 ozs Mozzarella
- black peppers
- rosemary (for garnish)
Preparation

1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps

Squeeze lime. Measure 1 tablespoon juice. Chop olives and sun-dried tomatoes finely.

Mix in a bowl with olive oil and lime juice. Crumble chile pepper and mix in well.
3.
Drain the cheese and cut into small pieces.
4.
Place cheese on a plate and season with pepper.
5.
Drizzle with the spiced oil and let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Garnish with a little rosemary and serve.
