- 200 grams Bocconcini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 red onions
- 4 chili peppers
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 1 Tbsp Basil (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp marjoram
- 150 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and thinly slice the garlic.
2.
Thoroughly drain the mozzarella.
3.
Peel, halve, and julienne the onions.
4.
Rinse the chilis and slit lengthwise. Remove the seeds and thinly slice.
5.
Layer the mozzarella with the prepared ingredients, capers, and herbs in a mason jars. Season in between layers with salt and pepper. Fill the jar with olive oil, making sure that all the ingredients are well covered. Place in the refrigerator and let infuse for at least 2-3 days before using.
