2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp smoked ground paprika
1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 pinch peppers
28 ozs Hanger Steak

Preparation steps

Peel and mince the garlic. Whisk together the beer, lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, paprikas, cumin, pepper and garlic. Rinse the steak, pat dry, place in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove the steak from the marinade and season with salt. Place on a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning a few times. The meat should be pink in the center. 

3.

Remove from the grill and let rest for several minutes before slicing and serving.
