Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the rosemary and sage, then remove the leaves from the stems.

Peel the garlic. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain well. Add the garlic, sage, rosemary, white peppercorns, and pink peppercorns to a jar. bring the vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 100 ml (approximately 3 ounces) of water, and the sugar to a boil. Pour over the garlic cloves, and seal the jar tightly.
