200 grams Pineapple (ready to eat)
100 milliliters Mango nectar
200 milliliters Pineapple juice
200 milliliters Coconut milk
2 Tbsps Maple syrup
6 Ice cubes

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mango and remove the flesh from around the pit. Chop into small cubes and set half of it aside for the garnish. Squeeze the juice from the lime and set aside.

2.

Coarsely dice the pineapple and combine with half the chopped mango, the mango nectar, the pineapple juice, the lime juice, the coconut milk and the ice cubes in a blender. Mix well and sweeten with the syrup. Pour into four glasses.

3.

Serve showered with the remaining mango cubes.
