- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped, fresh Mangoes
- 2 ripe Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ½ cup toasted Coconut (divided)
- 1 cup Cool Whip® thawed (may substitute whipped cream)

Preparation steps
1.
Divide the yogurt and chopped mango between 4 serving glasses. Arrange a layer of sliced bananas on top of the yogurt and sprinkle with half of the toasted coconut.
2.
Spoon Cool Whip or whipped cream over the bananas and toasted coconut and top with remaining toasted coconut. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
