- 1 pkg dried Wakame seaweed (56 grams, Asian)
- 10 grams ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 2 Endive
- 4 Mandarin orange

Preparation steps

Place wakame in a bowl, cover with warm water and soak for 5-10 minutes. Peel the ginger and garlic and finely grate or press through a garlic press into a bowl. Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut oil and sesame seeds. Add the wakame with a little soaking water and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

Rinse the endive and divide the individual leaves. Peel the mandarins with a sharp knife and cut the flesh into pieces. Squeeze out the juice from the remaining skins and add to the wakame. Arrange the wakame with the mandarins in bowls. Drizzle remaining liquid over leaves. Arrange the endive around salads and serve.
