- 250 grams lamb's lettuce
- 3 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsps Walnut oil
- ½ tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp Apple syrup
- 1 garlic clove
- shallots
- 300 grams turkey breasts
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 50 grams Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the mache, trim and spin dry.
2.
Stir together vinegar and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and apple syrup and mix in the walnut oil with a whisk. Peel garlic and squeeze through a press.
3.
Peel shallot and chop finely. Slice turkey breast into strips.
4.
Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan, add the butter and stir-fry the turkey slices. Add shallot and cook for a few minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
5.
Mix mache and walnuts with the salad dressing, arrange on plates and distribute the warm turkey strips on top. Serve with baguette slices, if desired.
