- 300 grams lamb's lettuce
- 80 milliliters Chicken broth
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- ground peppers
- 120 grams Smoked bacon
- 1 tsp butter

Preparation steps

Peel and rinse potato, dice into small cubes. Cook in chicken broth for about 10 minutes or until tender. Rinse and spin dry mache lettuce. Puree potato with chicken broth and add vinegar and olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper. Cut bacon into thin strips. Heat butter in a pan and cook bacon for about 3 minutes or until crispy. Arrange lettuce on plates and drizzle with warm potato vinaigrette. Garnish with bacon and serve.
