250 grams mixed Lettuce (such as spring greens, frisee, radicchio)
1 large Pear
1 Tbsp lemon juice
500 grams Feta
100 grams Pastry flour
1 egg
125 grams breadcrumbs
1 pinch Red pepper flakes
vegetable oil (for frying)
150 grams fresh Cranberry
4 Tbsps Cranberry jam

Preparation steps

For the dressing, mix oil, vinegar and sugar and season with salt, and pepper. Rinse lettuce and tear into bite-size pieces. Rinse pear, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

Cut feta cheese into slices and coat with flour. Beat egg in a shallow dish. Mix breadcrumbs and red pepper flakes in another shallow dish. Dip feta slices in egg, then press firmly in breadcrumbs to coat on both sides. Fry coated cheese slices in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain fried cheese slices on paper towel.

Rinse and drain cranberries. Mix pear wedges into lettuce and drizzle with dressing. Place fried cheese on top of salad, sprinkle with cranberries and garnish with cranberry jam to serve.
